Sesame SpinachThis sesame spinach is my favorite vegetarian recipe! It is a perfect combination of taste and providing health benefit. It is also one of the easiest things to make. I can’t wait to show you how to make it.

Freshness of the spinach is no doubt a key to the success of this dish. I picked out this fresh and nice looking spinach yesterday at the grocery store and the idea of making this dish came into my mind right away.

Fresh SpinachYou might wonder why I blanched the spinach instead of eating it raw. This is a great question! The truth is I haven’t really thought about that before, except this is how my mother likes to make this dish. Feel free to make this dish into a salad if you like to

Sesame SpinachThe secret weapon for this dish is the sesame sauce that’s made of sesame paste, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, water and toasted sesame seeds. Check out the recipe below for how to make this yummy sauce.
